Welcome to the OneCarolina Change Management Help Center. The following links are designed to assist with project "change" considerations or logging issues so that the project team can provide resolution or clarity for items relating to the OneCarolina project.

Project Issues and Questions - I want to communicate an "issue" that is related to the OneCarolina project. A project "issue" is defined as: A matter of project concern that may impact my area, or other areas of responsibility that may be influenced by the OneCarolina Project. Send your issue to OneCarolina and we will log the issue and respond to you.
Legacy System Change Request - I want to request a change to a legacy enterprise administrative system or other system currently in production during the OneCarolina software freeze period.
Formal OneCarolina Systems or Process Change Requests - I want to request a formal change to an "established" Policy, Project Business Requirement, Business Process, or request that new Computer Systems Automation Support be developed for critical business needs. I acknowledge that I have responsibility and or Management approval for subject matter relating to this request.
Register my local Systems - I want to request a certification for my local IT computer application system. I acknowledge that only systems providing functions not provided within the OneCarolina system will be considered for certification.
Data Interface into the OneCarolina System - I want to request a formal data interface be developed to provide me with data "from" or "to" the OneCarolina system. I acknowledge that interfaces will only be provided for "Certified" systems of the USC IT Community.
Review "My" Applications - I want to review my Change Request applications that are currently being worked on or have been submitted.
