Every year the Office of the Provost hosts a system-wide conference focusing on academic advising best practices, student support, and innovative strategies. All professional staff academic advisors, faculty academic advisors, and student support advisors are invited to attend the conference.

3rd Annual USC-System Advisors Conference: Next Generation Advising

Next Generation Advising was the theme for the 2016 conference held on February 19, 2016. The program focused on the students, technology and advising practice required to advise our ever-changing student population.

The program also included comments from our new provost, Dr. Joan Gabel, a keynote address, lunch and breakout sessions to maximize participation by advisors from all campuses.
