Companion Logos

The university logo represents the entire system, but logos exist for many university cam-puses, centers and schools. These are called companion logos. In companion logos, the name of the campus, college, school or center has been typeset under University of South Caroli-na. Linear and standard companion logos have been created for each.

The same color, size and spacing rules that apply to the university logo, apply to companion logos.

 

Senior Campus Logos
  • USC Upstate

     

    While the university logo represents the Columbia campus and the entire eight-campus system, companion logos have been created for the senior campuses (Aiken, Beaufort and Upstate).

Palmetto College Logos
  • USC Sumter

     

    While the university logo represents the Columbia campus and the entire eight-campus system, companion logos have been created for the senior campuses (Aiken, Beaufort and Upstate).

University-wide Center Logos
  • USC McNAIR Center

     

    Only centers, institutes and organizations that function in a university-wide capacity may have companion logos. New center companion logos must be approved by a dean and/or the chief communications officer.

Columbia Campus Colleges and Schools Logos
  • Colleg of Arts and Sciences Logo

     

    Each of the degree-granting colleges and schools and university-wide academic units under the direction of a dean on the Columbia campus have a companion logo.

University Administration Companion Logo
  • Office of Research Logo

     

    University administrative divisions that are led by a vice president or report directly to the President may have a companion logo.
