Responsive Tables

Tables are a great way to display structured information such as curriculum, degree requirements, or deadlines and fees.

  • Tables can be modified to accommodate up to five columns and any number of rows. The CMS includes built-in, styled tables for you that have alternating backgrounds on each row. These tables are built so that on a mobile device the table restructures to display the header as labels on each row. Tables must have a header row and text for each header to make this functionality work properly.

Standard Tables

Most tables should be built using the responsive tables snippet so that it responds accurately. If you have a complicated table using merged cells, you can build tables manually using the editor toolbar. This way, the table columns squish as it responds on a mobile device. Be sure to test your page to make sure its usable on a mobile device.
