The two biggest expenses of many conferences and events are catering and the venue rental. Yet all the other smaller expenses such as audiovisual services, decor, entertainment and transportation can really add up. Overlooking even one expense category can be disastrous to your budget and credibility.
We'll work with you to identify the type and amount of financial resources you have
to put towards your program. Explore potential revenue opportunities such as organizational
funds, sponsorships, exhibitors and participant fees. We'll help you plan using any
available historical data and with our collective experience to prevent budget overages.
- Determine expected revenue and expenses
- Propose participant registration fee
- Identify potential funding sources
- Manage budget from start to finish
- Pay program expenses on your behalf
Depending on the size or complexity of your program, we'll include a contingency of as much as 20% of the budget. Despite the best planning, charges may exceed projections or there may be unexpected expenses. The contingency will protect your budget.
We can manage your budget from start to finish and even pay program expenses on your behalf. At the end of the program, once the finances have been finalized, we will either transfer funds back to your organization or you will receive an invoice payable back to us.
