The Lumpkin Auditorium features:

- a smart lectern with built in touch screen technology

- a front stage area perfect for panels or demonstrations

Pre-function and Dining Room Areas
Surrounding Lumpkin Auditorium is pre-function space and a dining area that looks
over north campus which can be used for registration, poster sessions, information
tables, and dining for your guests.
The rental fee includes the cleaning/setup of the room, smart lecturn and one wireless microphone. Additional rental items are available upon request at an additional fee.
These room rental rates are based on rental during the hours of Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm. Rooms can be scheduled outside of these hours, however, additional fees of $50.00 per hour will apply.

Parking is available in the surface lot adjacent to the Close-Hipp building at a rate of $25 per event plus $10 per meter per day. If you choose to reserve more than 20 spaces, we recommend hiring a guard to guarantee the spaces. There is a minimum of four hours required to hire a guard at a rate of $20 per hour. Our office will work with you to make these arrangements.
