Sign up for a hands-on training session to learn PowerPoint fundamentals that will boost your presentations. This is part of the Fall 2013 Technology Trainings sponsored by the Provost's Advisory Committee on Women's Issues (PACWI), the Center for Teaching Excellence (CTE) and the Office of Information Technology (OIT). The event is open to all faculty, staff, and students.
PowerPoint is a powerful presentation application from the Microsoft Office Suite. After completing this PowerPoint basics hands-on training, you will be able to insert slides, add content to slides, apply a theme and a layout, insert clip art and images, add text boxes, insert animations, and view a slideshow. You will also be introduced to PowerPoint best practices. The training session is limited to 25 participants and registration is free. Register early!
