IBM and University Technology Services (UTS) will perform an important update to the Shibboleth database on Sunday, November 6 from 6 AM to 2 PM. Several university systems that require university authentication to login will be unavailable during the update, including my.sc.edu, PeopleSoft, ServiceNow, and more. Students, faculty, and staff will be unable to login to many systems that require the user to input Network Usernames and passwords to access, with the exception of email. IBM and UTS will work quickly to restore all services as quickly as possible on Sunday, November 6. Please make note of this temporary outage and make plans accordingly.
