Customer Satisfaction Surveys Introduced

The Division of Information Technology is committed to providing consistent, reliable, and repeatable customer service to the University of South Carolina. Beginning today, customers who report an incident, which is defined as a reduction in the quality of IT service or an interruption in service, will receive a customer satisfaction survey. The survey results will enable the division to identify positive customer service initiatives, as well as diagnose potential problems. Thank you in advance for your valuable input.
