Pay Your Bill
The Fall 2017 Fee Payment Deadline is August 11.
All tuition and fees for Gamecock Gateway students are consolidated, and must be paid through your MyMTC account.
Bills Will Be Posted Online
All Gamecock Gateway student bills are consolidated and paid through Midlands Technical College. No paper bill will be mailed. If your bill is not yet available, please call 803-732-5200, or continue checking your MyMTC online account regularly.

Common Bill Questions
What happens if I don't pay my bill?
If you have a balance on your account after the fee payment deadline, you may be dropped from your classes.
If you are enrolled in the MTC payment plan, you need to be up to date on your monthly payment.
Can I set up a payment plan?
Yes. NELNET allows you to make automatic monthly payments toward the cost of a course instead of paying it as a lump sum.
Where can I get help with finances?
Take advantage of financial literacy consultations, workshops and our emergency loan program through the USC Student Success Center.
How can I be considered for financial aid?
Complete your online FAFSA application using MTC's college code 003993. You will not need USC's code because your bill is issued by MTC.
Do I have to buy a meal plan?
Yes. Gamecock Gateway students are required to purchase the Carolina 10, which is a 10-meals-per-week plan at USC. This meal plan is already included in your required tuition and fees, paid via the Midlands Technical College MyMTC portal.
Meal Plan Upgrade
If you desire to upgrade your meal plan, please pay for the required plan through your MTC tuition and fees, and then pay the balance for your desired upgrade through the CarolinaCard office by calling 803-777-1708 or visit the office in person in the lower level of the USC Russell House University Union.
