Your personal wellness has a direct impact on your professional success as well as your quality of life. 

At UofSC we are building a community where all faculty and staff live well, work well and thrive. By providing you access to training classes that focus on a variety of health and wellness topics, we can help you improve your overall well-being and teach you how to maintain a healthy lifestyle.  


Classroom Training

The Organizational and Professional Development Office offers many training classes that provide in-depth information on a variety of health and wellness topics such as:

Online Courses

In addition to the training classes that we provide on campus, there are also many online courses that are available through the university's Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
