Y Section Course Override Request Form
Use this form to submit a request for a Y section course override. Proof of instructor approval, the student's name and the student's VIP ID are required. Allow 24 hours from the time of your request for the override to go through.
Course Materials Copies Request Form
You can submit copy requests through our office using this form. Give us 72 hours to make the copies to ensure you get them on time.
