Beginning in October, UTS will begin migrating Exchange email accounts from an older, outdated storage area to a new file server. Technicians do not anticipate any interruption in email service as a result of the migrations. However, some users may see a popup in the bottom right corner of their computer screen indicating that Outlook has lost connect. Immediately after this alert, a second popup will appear indicating that Outlook has connected to a new server. If individuals are using Outlook Web Access, a one-time message may appear in the middle of the screen instructing the user to log out and then log back in.
