This summer, the university telephone system was upgraded and a new voice mail system was installed. The previous system was outdated and lacked many features found in modern systems.
Individuals who use the university voice mail system must set a new voice mail password prior to accessing the system. To change your password online, visit http://myvoicemail.uts.sc.edu. (NOTE: If you changed your password since the new system was installed in June 2015, the layout of this website has changed slightly. New features are also available.) If you prefer to change your password via phone, dial 7-6245 from a campus phone or (803) 777-6245 from off campus.
If you have an IP phone, you will need to reboot the phone by unplugging the network cable on the back of the phone, wait 30 seconds and reconnect the cable.
