Parking decals are issued in the Law Enforcement and Security Office located in the Campus Security Office. Parking decals are to be displayed on vehicles of all students, faculty, and staff. (Request forms for parking decals are available online.) Parking fines are payable in the Business Office. Further parking regulation information can be found in the USCL Student Handbook. Parking decals are included as part of student tuition and fees and allow students to park across the two-lane highway (Hubbard Drive) in “Regular Student Parking” as indicated on the parking map. Students can purchase an optional Preferred Parking sticker (A sticker) for $20 that will affix to the parking decal. Students who purchase the Preferred Parking sticker can park in “Preferred Parking Lot A” which is the lot on the same side of the two-lane highway (Hubbard Drive) and is closest to the buildings as indicated on the parking map. Preferred Parking stickers can be purchased in the Business Office located in room 120 of Starr Hall.
