Writing Consultants are available to work one-on-one with students on writing assignments
for ANY USCL course, at any stage of the writing process.
Writing Consultants can help with the following:
- Understanding assignments (including capstone)
- Finding reliable and relevant sources for research papers
- Developing Ideas
- Organization
- Revising
- Gaining Confidence
- Using peer and instructor feedback
- Expressing ideas clearly
- Introductions and conclusion
- Quoting, paraphrasing, and proper citation
