Bachelor's of Science in Nursing Program
Through our partnership with USC Aiken, USC Union is able to deliver the USC Aiken Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree. This new expansion will allow students to study all four years on USC Union's campus. The goal is to attract more nurses to our area in order to impact local healthcare workforce needs. Associate's Degrees
Our associate degree programs will help you learn to think critically, develop logical and persuasive arguments, and communicate clearly. Both degree programs will also include the Carolina Core, 15 credit-hours that are common to all associate degrees.

Online Bachelor's Degrees
Palmetto College's online programs are a flexible and convenient way to complete your degree if you have some previous college credit and want to work toward a Bachelor's Degree. They're developed and taught by the same professors who teach statewide in the nationally renowned USC system, and as a Palmetto College student, you'll have access to the university's academic resources. Best of all, when you're finished with the program, you'll graduate with a bachelor's degree from a top-notch, nationally accredited university!
