Katie is a National Merit Finalist and a Presidential Scholar Semifinalist. She is captain of the soccer, cross country, and track teams. Katie serves on the Student Council and is also a member of Mu Alpha Theta. In 2007, Katie was named a Wendy's High School Heisman Female State Winner.
