Exciting News
Congratulations to Emily Davis from Distributed Learning for being named AEC Employee of the Year for the 2012-13 year.
Congratulations to Evan Katz, son of Richard Katz from Facility Services for being the recipient of the 2013 AEC scholarship. Evan will be an incoming freshman majoring in civil engineering.
Thank you to everyone that attended the AEC Business Luncheon Monday June 17.

Please consider joining the USC Administrative Employees Club for the 2012-13 year! The Club is open for all USC current full-time employees and retirees. Some events planned for the 2012-13 year include: Lunches with record setting football coach Steve Spurrier, enthusiastic new men’s basketball coach Frank Martin, Hall of Fame women’s basketball coach Dawn Staley and national champion baseball coach Ray Tanner, several community service opportunities, after work social hours, a lounge at Williams-Brice Stadium, Holiday Party, monthly discounted lunches on campus, Night at Carolina Stadium baseball game, a spring golf tournament and an Easter Egg Hunt. The AEC also offers a scholarship for the child/grandchild of a club member. There are numerous ways for you to get involved in planning these events.
WE NEED YOU!!! Membership dues are only $10 per year!

Membership dues are $10 a year for current staff and retirees.
Some of our activities throughout the year include:
- Sports Luncheons
- Fall and Spring Golf Tournaments
- AEC Football Lounge for half-time gathering during home games at the Williams Brice Stadium

- Benefits Fair
- Holiday Party
- Lake Murray Cruise
- Fashion Show
The various AEC events are organized by University employees and offer something for everyone.
