WHY JOIN THE AEC?
The Administrative Employees Club (AEC) was organized over forty years ago to reflect the "esprit de corps" among the administrative employees of the University of South Carolina. While primarily a social organization, the AEC fosters the spirit of enthusiasm and sense of commitment among its members that makes a positive contribution to the overall environment of the University.

The Administrative Employees Club sponsors a variety of activities throughout the year:

• Sports Luncheons
• Fall and Spring Golf Tournaments
• AEC Football Lounge for half-time gathering during home games at the Williams Brice Stadium
• Easter Egg Hunt
• Year End Fiesta
• Benefits Fair
• Holiday Party
• Lake Murray Cruise
• USC Showcase
• The various events, which are always organized by University employees, offering something for everyone.

WHO CAN JOIN?
Membership in the administrative employees Club is open to all full time employees of the University system. Retirees of the University of South Carolina are also eligible for membership.

This promotes an avenue for continued interaction between past and current employees.
The membership year coincides with the University’s fiscal year, July 1 to June 30. Please consider joining your Administrative Employees Club and share some of the good times with us.

We invite you to become part of an enjoyable and honored tradition at the University of South Carolina.

Please join and volunteer at events.

Membership dues are $10 a year for current staff and retirees.
