he purpose of the History and Remembrance Committee is to develop opportunities to commemorate USC's 200-year history of providing leadership in education for the state of South Carolina and enriching the lives of generations of students faculty and citizens. We plan to use print, multi-media, exhibitions and other tools to celebrate our history throughout our campus system and the entire state. The History and Remembrance Committee will also record the events of the Bicentennial for future generations.
