The University of South Carolina Career Center's Education Recruitment Day is your chance to find talented students. Visit www.sc.edu/career and log into the Employer section of JobMate for any information that you are not able to find on this web page about the event.   Be sure to contact us should you have questions.  Click on the following hyperlink to download Adobe Acrobat Reader.

Early bird registration: $200 until March 1, 2010.
Late registration (credit card only): $275 (March 2 - March 16)

Payment Options:  Payments may be submitted via check, VISA, Discover, MasterCard, or American Express.  USC's Federal Tax ID: 57-6001153

Refund/Cancellation Policy:  All payments must be received no later than two(2) weeks prior to the career event.  If an employer has not paid in full and/or cancels less than two (2) weeks prior to the event, the organization will be held responsible for the payment.  All cancellations must be provided in writing by email to erlake@mailbox.sc.edu.  Future registrations for career events will not be allowed until the balance is paid.  If an employer registers on or after the two-week period prior the event, all payments must be paid in full at the time of registration.  No refunds will be issued at or after the period of two weeks prior to the career event.  

Employer Benefits:

• Unloading and loading assistance (shipping information)

• Meals for up to 3 representatives

• An 8' x 2.5' covered table and 2 chairs

• Electrical outlet (if requested in advance)

• Wireless access

Exhibit Parameters:  All exhibits must be limited to the size of the 8' x 2.5'table. No vehicles or animals are allowed at the fair.  All items for your display must be able to fit onto your table.  This will ensure that all employers have adequate space and students can navigate the fair in an efficient manner.

Steps To Register

1)  Click on the REGISTER FOR EDUCATION RECRUITMENT DAY  link to set up a JobMate  

      account or login into JobMate.

2)  Select Jobs and Events to register for Education Recruitment Day.

3)  Select Career Fairs and search.

4)  You will see the Education Recruitment Day Icon and a register link to the right.

5)  Select the Register link and complete your registration information.
