The University of South Carolina invites your graduate and/or professional school to participate in the Graduate & Professional School Fair.  This is your chance to find talented undergraduate students to apply for your academic programs.  Come meet exceptionally vibrant, ambitious and research-oriented students with aspirations to continue their education. 9:30 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. .....Graduate School Arrival and Registration


11:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. .....Graduate & Professional School Fair

 

USC Registration: $50
 

Non-USC Registration:  $100

Payment Options:  Payments may be submitted via check, VISA, Discover, MasterCard, or American Express.  USC's Federal Tax ID: 57-6001153
 

Refund/Cancellation Policy:  All payments must be received no later than two(2) weeks prior to the career event.  If a graduate or professional school has not paid in full and/or cancels less than two (2) weeks prior to the event, the organization will be held responsible for the payment.  All cancellations must be provided in writing by email to erlake@mailbox.sc.edu no later than 5 pm on Wednesday, September 26, 2012.  Future registrations for career events will not be allowed until the balance is paid.  If a graduate or professional school registers on or after the two-week period prior the event, all payments must be paid in full at the time of registration.  No refunds will be issued at or after the period of two weeks prior to the career event.  

Graduate & Professional School Benefits:

• (1) Parking pass for parking in Bull Street Garage
• Unloading and loading assistance (shipping information)

• Lunch for one representative
• An 8' x 2.5' covered table and one chair
• Electrical outlet
• Wireless access

Exhibit Parameters:  All exhibits must be limited to the size of the 8' x 2.5' table. No vehicles or animals are allowed at the fair.  All items for your display must be able to fit onto your table.  This will ensure that all employers have adequate space and students can navigate the fair in an efficient manner.

Steps To Register:

1)  Click on the REGISTER FOR THE FAIR  link to set up a JobMate account
      or log into JobMate.

2)  Select Jobs and Events to register for Graduate & Professional School Fair

3)  Select Career Fairs and search.

4)  You will see the Graduate & Professional School Fair icon & a link to the right.

5)  Select the Register link and complete your registration information.
