Clothing: Black sweatpants, gray hoodie, clean shaven
Incident:
The victim stated that while walking on the sidewalk traveling down the 1200 block of College Street, he was approached from behind by a black male subject. The subject asked him for money and then grabbed him. The victim was able to run away from the area. The incident is being investigated by the City of Columbia Police Department.
