Update:
On August 24, 2012, in the area of Patterson Hall, an individual unlawfully exposed himself to a female student. Criminal investigators with the Division of Law Enforcement and Safety have since obtained an arrest warrant for the crime of indecent exposure and charged Luis Alberto Ruiz. Mr. Ruiz was arrested early this morning and transported to the Alvin S. Glenn Detention Facility.
