HABLA The Hispanic Assistance and Bilingual Access (HABLA) Project provides Spanish translation and interpretation for public service agencies that may be serving the needs of our new residents.

Interpreter Qualification Project We coordinate the training and testing of individuals who will provide Spanish-English interpretation to participating agencies.
