Cynthia Flynn is a Research Assistant Professor with The Center for Child and Family Studies. In this capacity, she conducts evaluations of innovative programs being implemented by various state agencies. In addition, she has conducted research on successful adolescent adoptions. Cynthia has a PhD in Special Education from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She has over 20 years of experience working in education and other human service programs. |
