The Center offers a full range of conference planning services, including presenter contract negotiation and management, brochure design and materials coordination, and effective conference implementation and culmination.

- Negotiate hotel meeting room and sleeping room space
- Negotiate speaker contract
- Prepare conference budget
- Design program development
- Coordinate all logistical requirements
- Coordinate conference advertising and publicity efforts
- Design tracking program for registrations
- Coordinate potential exhibitors
- Assemble participant packet materials
- Design personalized nametags and attendance certificates for conference participants
- Send confirmation letters to pre-registered participants
- Manage all on-site conference logistics
- Compile participant evaluation report
- Process all conference related bills
