Ethics in Victims Services
The Victim Assistance Legal Organization (VALOR) has developed a textbook about ethics in victim services for the Office for Victims of Crime. VALOR has subcontracted with The Center to create a training curriculum based on this text.
The training consists of three training segments, which can be delivered independently or as a cohesive whole. This flexible format makes the curriculum ideal for conferences and in-service training as well as academies and institutes for victim service providers.
The intended audience is a mix of victim service providers from community-based and public organizations, including those from urban as well as rural areas.
