SCSPA Fall Conference Registration Form

Directions for using this online form:

  • Please register each staff you advise separately.

  • Continue with all pages of this form until you receive a printable copy of your registration form for your records and an invoice to be mailed to the University with your check.

Student Registration fee: $20 earlybird (registered by Sept. 12); $25 (registered after Sept. 12)

Adviser Registration fee: $30 earlybird (registered by Sept. 12); $35 (registered after Sept. 12)

Payment Late Fee – $25 per school (If check or PO Number is not received prior to conference, invoice will be sent.
