SIPA MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION 2007-2008

Membership Categories:Lifetime Membership ($400):

Your Lifetime Membership follows you wherever you go, even if you change schools. (You still pay evaluation and contest fees.)
You only need one Lifetime Membership to cover ALL the publications you advise.
Lifetime members receive our newsletter, Accents.
Lifetime Members need only pay for evaluations and contest fees every year.
Lifetime Memberships are an instant contribution to the SIPA Endowment Fund, which provides scholarships and fellowships to SIPA members every year.
Lifetime members will have access to the adviser listserv to communicate with other publication advisers.

Associate Membership ($30):

This membership is for individuals who do not advise publications but who are active in scholastic journalism activities.
Associate members receive our newsletter, Accents.
Associate members will have access to the adviser listserv to communicate with other publication advisers.

Student Membership ($20):

This membership is for middle and high school students interested in journalism.
Student members receive our newsletter, Accents.
Student members will have access to the student editors listserv to communicate with other student journalists.
Student members will receive special recognition at the SIPA Convention in March including a special convention T-shirt.
Student members will receive information about student officer elections and scholarships.
