There will be an introductory in-person meeting on January 13th at 6:00pm. Location TBA. Students may participate live or online or view at a later time. All other lectures and content will be delivered via Blackboard.

Course Delivery Type: Web: A Web course is taught using one or more web delivery platforms such as Blackboard, Streaming Video, Adobe Connect etc.
Students must have access to a high-speed Internet connection. More information will be provided by the instructor in the course syllabus.

Undergraduate Bulletin Course Description: The study of disasters, their triggering mechanisms (natural, human, technological), their spatial distributions from local to global scales, and associated human responses.
