Order Your USC Library ID Online
NOTE: If you are a student at USC Columbia, you may visit the Carolina Card office in the Russell House Student Union on Greene Street to get a picture ID instead of the library ID card. Information about how to get your card is available here.
Distributed learning takes advantage of technology to deliver to students as many components of courses and programs as possible. Despite the increasing number of reference materials available online, students in most graduate programs find it necessary to travel to a research library in order to complete course requirements.
As a student of the University of South Carolina, you are encouraged to make use of the University's libraries. A list of library services, locations, contact information, and hours of operation is available online at www.sc.edu/libraries.html.
If you need to use any of the USC libraries and do not have a USC picture ID, complete and submit this form and a barcoded ID card will be mailed to you. This ID will allow you to check out materials from the USC libraries.
Your library ID card is only valid for one semester.
If you have difficulty submitting this form, please notify Lael Kenney (email@example.com).
