Awards: When we receive
and review your complete application and it is found to meet
all appropriate federal and institutional requirements, you
will be notified by regular mail or via e-mail of your award.
You will be directed to the Financial Aid web site to read the terms and
conditions of your award(s) and also what to do in order to
use your awards towards your educational expenses. Program
descriptions of all the financial aid programs are provided here.
If Something Changes: All financial aid awards are subject to change if the
information upon which they were based changes or federal
regulations require a change. If the total of your award(s)
becomes greater than your documented financial need or the
established cost of attendance, your award(s) may need to be
adjusted. You will be notified if such an adjustment is
necessary.
While generally not an issue, all awards are subject to
the availability of funding.
If Your Situation Changes: If at any point during the application
process or school year you or your parents encounter
circumstances that you believe affect your financial
condition, you should contact our office and arrange to
speak with a counselor. The counselor will evaluate your
circumstances and offer appropriate advice. Additionally, if
at any time during the year any of your financial
information changes, you should notify us of the change.
Your Enrollment: If you fail to enroll, or
maintain half-time enrollment status, for a semester or term
for which you have been awarded financial aid, that aid, as
well as any other aid remaining for the year will be
canceled. This also applies to summer sessions.
