Who Should Use This Page?

You should use this page if you have been notified that you were awarded a Stafford Loan either by the Financial Aid Office or your lender and this is your first Stafford Loan at the University of South Carolina - Columbia.

If you have previously signed a Master Promissory Note (MPN) with your Stafford Loan lender, you do not need to sign another.

If you do not sign an MPN  you will not receive your loan funds.

If you need to sign a MPN for your Stafford Loan, click on your lender from the list below. You will be taken to the lenders web site to complete your MPN.  Follow the instructions provided by the lender.

If you have previously signed an MPN and attempt to sign another, you will be so advised by your lender.
