Grad PLUS Entrance Loan Counseling
Before you receive your first Grad PLUS Loan at USC, you must first complete the required Grad PLUS entrance loan counseling.

Grad PLUS Exit Loan Counseling
Near the end of the term you expect to graduate, or if you are withdrawing and you have had a Grad PLUS Loan while at USC, your must complete the requirements for Grad PLUS exit loan counseling.
