Entrance Loan Counseling is a process that will explain your rights and responsibilities as a Graduate Loan borrower.  If this is your first time receiving a Graduate PLUS Loan, then you must complete this counseling.

Click here to complete Graduate PLUS Entrance Loan Counseling.  Once you’ve read the information and completed the quiz at the end, you will receive a confirmation number.  Please keep this for your records.  The University of South Carolina will receive notification that you’ve completed this process.

Exit Loan Counseling
Near the end of the term you expect to graduate, or if you are withdrawing and you have had a Graduate PLUS Loan while at the University of South Carolina, you must complete the requirements for Graduate PLUS Exit Loan Counseling.
