  • Increased responsibilities from supervising 27 undergraduate residential and non-residential paraprofessionals in advising and learning facilitation roles to supervising seven full-time faculty members and more than 100 graduate and undergraduate paraprofessionals.  Budget responsibilities increased from $500 to $115,000.  As associate director, oversaw all aspects of learning enrichment programs, including general education freshman seminars, learning communities, learning with new technologies initiatives, peer advising, tutoring, and assessment projects.
