To view on-line. Most of the videos require Windows Media Player 9 or 10. You can download it free here.  Mac users who prefer to view the videos in QuickTime, can download a plugin for QuickTime called Flip4Mac here.

To view off-line (recommended for a slow Internet connection and Mac users). Save the video to a hard drive by right-clicking the “Save It to View Off-line” link and choosing "Save Target As...".
