- The materials that make up the Carolina Bands Collection were given to the Music Library by the late Dr. James Pritchard, former Director of Bands at the University of South Carolina, and James K. Copenhaver, current Director of Bands. Updates to this collection were provided through interviews with band alumni, Dr. Dick Goodwin, Dr. David O'Shields, and Dr. George Brozak. The collection consists of sheet music, audio recordings, correspondence and ephemera relating to the University Marching and Concert Bands.

available for use Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m.
