Responses:

The Library is too hot/coldThomas Cooper Library is a large building and it is difficult to regulate the temperature.  We recommend that you wear layers when you plan to spend time studying at the Library.

The Library should be cleaner:  Our cleaning crews are chronically understaffed.  We are in close communication with the supervisors, and monitor the cleanliness of the building daily.  If you see a problem, please use this form to report it.

The Library needs more electrical outlets:  We hear you!  Fortunately, we have allocated money to install more power in more places.  Look for additional outlets SOON!

The water fountains are dirty and don't always workThe water fountains are a frequent topic in our Suggestion Box. We do our best to keep them in repair, and our short-staffed custodial crew does its best keeping them clean. For earlier suggestions and our responses, keep scrolling.

The Library needs more group study areasIn 2009, the Thomas Cooper Library Computer Lab will be completely renovated and turned into a “learning commons”, which will provide more cooperative work areas and spaces for students. Stay tuned!
