Dissertations and Theses

  • Current Research@ USC -- ProQuest/UMI's digital library of dissertations and theses. USC Faculty, Staff, and Students can download the full text of USC dissertations and masters' theses produced by University of South Carolina students from 1997 to the present. They may also search citations and abstracts of dissertations and theses and view 24-page previews from any institution that is affiliated with ProQuest/UMI.
     
  • Dissertations and Theses (Proquest) -- USC Faculty, Staff, and Students may access (on or off campus).   Proquest/UMI's Dissertations and Theses contains citations and/or abstracts for over 2 million dissertations and master's theses. The database provides 24- page previews for many recent titles as well as numerous full text documents.
     
  • Networked Digital Library of Theses and Dissertations -- The NDLTD is a union catalog containing records for more than 90,000 electronic theses and dissertations. The records provide abstracts and may contain links to full text when access is unrestricted.
     
  • Theses Canada Portal -- The National Library of Canada provides free full text electronic access to Canadian theses and dissertations published from the beginning of 1998 to August 31, 2002.  Also includes citations of all theses in the National Library of Canada theses collection (established in 1965).
