String Project Summer Camp

Students in grades 3 through high school hone their skills and learn from experienced teachers and graduate students. The camp fosters the excitement of developing skills on an orchestral string instrument and is open to students who have completed one year of instruction.

Faculty include experienced teachers from the community and music education majors from the university. Daily group instruction provides a variety of activities, and the group performs a concert on the last day of camp. Dr. Gail Barnes directs the USC String Project.
