Resources Director
Duties:
- Plans, organizes, develops and maintains personnel database management
information system
for faculty, adjunct faculty, staff and student assistants.
- Conducts research & compiles special confidential reports for the Dean,
Associate Deans and Chairs on personnel
matters.
- Interprets university policies and procedures.
- Evaluates general administration procedures for faculty, staff & student
assistants.
- Monitors and maintains leave requests.
- Monitors personnel vacancies, provides personnel updates, processes
personnel actions.
- Maintains security of confidential personnel records.
- Coordinates search processes for classified and unclassified personnel.
- Provides guidance and consultation to staff and immediate supervisors in
personnel matters.
- Serves as assistant to T & P Committee, providing assistance in preparation
of confidential T & P files and
faculty
evaluations.
- Supervises PBP document preparation, check distribution and
EPMS System and coordinates
personnel benefits.
- Maintains physical plant, telephones and security of keys.
- Credentialing liaison with University Specialty Clinics.
