Development of an Intervention for Rural African American Women with HIV/AIDS

     Dr. Linda Moneyham, PI

The long-term goal of this pilot study is to develop interventions supportive of rural African American women living with HIV/AIDS to improve their access to heath care and other community resources and qualify of care and services.  This qualitative pilot study aims to explore the health care and other resource-related knowledge and experiences of HIV positive women who live in rural areas of South Carolina.
