If equipment is lost or stolen, the borrower is responsible for replacing the equipment.

If the equipment is not returned on time, a late fee may be applied.

The IRC reserves the right to hold any equipment for 24 hours before it can be checked out again by the same person.  If a person has reserved equipment and does not pick it up within 24 hours the reservation is void.
