In the event equipment is lost or stolen the borrower is responsible for replacing the equipment.

The IRC reserves the right to hold any equipment for 24 hours before reissuing equipment to the same person.

If a person has reserved equipment and does not pick it up within 24 hours of notification, the reservation becomes void.

If a person returns equipment late twice, the IRC reserves the right not to loan equipment again for the duration of the semester.
