The Office of Undergraduate Research would very much like to hear about the student(s)
involved in your research. Please send us an e-mail with your name, contact information,
your student's name and contact information, and the topic of research. We would also
like to know if your student has been a co-author for any of your publications or presentations.
The information that you send us will be used to ensure that you and your student receive the
recognition you both deserve for the work you have done. Neither you nor your student's name
and/or contact information will be given to anyone outside the university without permission.
You or your student may be contacted to participate in various university activities such as
Discovery Day (an opportunity to present undergraduate research), articles on undergraduate
research, etc. We will also use this information for tracking purposes, to find out how many
students are participating in research, have published or presented their research, etc.
We greatly appreciate your willingness to participate and hope you have had a wonderful
experience with your student.
