    POLICY
    
     Students, faculty, staff, and spouses with a valid University of 
     South Carolina ID Card may rent camping equipment from the Happy
     Camper, located in Equipment Issue, Room 206 of the Blatt PE Center. 
     Those renting equipment are responsible for returning the equipment
     in the same condition as rented, by the time specified in the
     agreement.  Fees will be charged for the delinquent return of or 
     damage to equipment.
