II. Nomination/Application Process and Procedures: Chairman Loadholt called on Secretary Stepp, who distributed a document to Committee members listing the presidential search web address; the exact postal address for sending nominations or applications; and the discreet and private e-mail address to which applications or nominations may also be submitted. He stressed the importance of consistency to avoid future communication problems.
