Presidential Candidate Search Committee Meetings
The candidate search committeee's meeting schedule and the minutes from its meetings are public information provided by the University's Board of Trustees.
Minutes for Monday, Feb. 25, 2008, 1:35 p.m.
IV. Report on Committee Web Site: Chairman Loadholt called on Mr. Pearce, Director of University Publications, and Mr. LoCicero, Web Communications Director in that department.
Mr. Pearce indicated that he and Mr. LoCicero had met with Secretary Stepp and Mrs. Jameson to discuss a website for the presidential search. They had also researched other institutions which were in the process of conducting or had recently concluded similar presidential searches. Mr. Pearce displayed a prototype which they had developed; he guided Committee members through the different features noting that the information was divided into two types: information about the presidential candidate search and information about the University.
